This challenge is called From Outlaw to King and was made by another Simmer. I loved the idea and have decided to try it out for myself and blog it out and see what happens while I play. The link above will tell you the rules but the bare bones of it is simple:
Make an Outlaw family and have them rise in the ranks until one of their decedents becomes King.
For this challenge, I made two Sims to had no prior relationship and will try to help them along the journey of becoming the new royal family in town. I suggest you read the rules. They may be complex but I really love this challenge.
For this challenge, my sims will be living in Dragon Valley, since it already fits the setting.
